Executive Director Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only experience for Executive Directors who lead with a passion for growth and transformation. This summit brings our Executive ranked coaches to our corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland providing an invaluable behind-the-scenes look at our operations, manufacturing facilities, and product innovation center. Attendees will have the chance to connect with product and program experts, explore upcoming offerings, and participate in coach education sessions led by Field Leaders. This summit is an unparalleled opportunity to enhance your impact, grow your business, and connect with a community of like-minded leaders on the same journey.
Executive Director Summit is open to any independent OPTAVIA Coach who meets the qualification criteria. This exclusive event is designed for those who have achieved the rank of Executive Director and demonstrate a commitment to growth, leadership and inspiring transformation in others. Invitations & Qualifications
To receive an invitation to Executive Director Summit Spring 2025, independent OPTAVIA Coaches must meet the following criteria during the qualification period from October 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025:
- Rank as Executive Director or above 3 out of 5 months (October 2024 – February 2025) AND
- Earn 1 Accelerator Assist Bonus during the qualification period

No, event registration is complimentary. Additionally, your reward includes a complimentary two-night hotel stay from April 24-26. Hotel reservations will be made on your behalf by the OPTAVIA Events Team for the nights of April 23-26, but you will be responsible for the cost of the first night (April 23) and any incidentals, which will be paid upon check-in. Select meals will be included during the event. Attendees are responsible for all transportation costs to and from the Summit, including airfare and ground transportation. While participation in the Spring Summit cannot be deferred, you’ll have the opportunity to qualify for the Fall Executive Director Summit by continuing to stay in action and building momentum. Each event has its own qualification criteria, so keep striving for success – your hard work and dedication can earn you a spot at the next Summit! Remember, consistent effort leads to repeated success. We can’t wait to celebrate those who rise to the occasion and achieve this incredible milestone.
Travel & Accommodations
We are thrilled to welcome you to the vibrant Arundel Mills neighborhood, where we have partnered with several nearby hotels to accommodate your stay. The OPTAVIA Events team will handle all hotel reservations on your behalf – no action is required on your part. To enhance your event experience, teams will be placed in the same hotel. Reservations will be made April 23-26, but you will be responsible for the cost of the first night (April 23) and incidentals, and will pay upon check-in. You will receive an email in early April with your hotel name, confirmation number, and room rate for the night of April 23. To ensure you are placed at the same hotel as your team, please register for summit on/or before Friday, March 21, 2025. After this date, hotel reservations will be made on a space-available basis.
Room rates for the night of April 23 vary depending on the hotel you’re placed at, typically ranging from $146 to $209 per night, plus taxes and fees. When you receive your hotel confirmation email in early April, it will include the details for your stay, so you’ll have all the information you need to plan ahead comfortably. We’ve worked with our hotel partners to provide great accommodations at competitive rates, ensuring you have a wonderful experience!
To ensure that all qualified coaches have the opportunity to stay near their teams and fully experience the community atmosphere of the summit, each achiever will receive a complimentary two-night stay (April 24-26). We want everyone to enjoy the reward as it was earned, so each coach (or coach & co-applicant) will have their own room.
We’ve also made a commitment to our hotel partners to utilize a set number of rooms, allowing us to keep everyone close together and enhance the team experience. Accepting the reward as given helps us honor that commitment and creates the best possible environment for connection and growth.
However, if you’d like to share a room on the night of April 23 (the night which you are responsible for payment), you are welcome to do so. You’ll just need to make a request with the OPTAVIA housing bureau after receiving your confirmation email, as this change isn’t made automatically. This allows us to maintain the community spirit while giving you some flexibility with your plans.
No worries at all! If your travel plans don’t quite match up with the official event dates, you can easily adjust them. Once you receive your hotel confirmation number, simply reach out to OPTAVIA’s housing bureau partner with your change request. We’ll include all the details on how to do this in your confirmation email. It’s a quick and easy process!
No, OPTAVIA will not reimburse personal hotel reservations. We have already secured a room for you as part of your reward, ensuring you stay close to your team and fully experience our community at summit. Since we’ve made special arrangements with our hotel partners, we can only cover the cost of the rooms we’ve reserved. To take full advantage of your earned stay, please utilize the reservation provided to you by OPTAVIA.
No, you will still be responsible for the cost of your hotel room on Wednesday (April 23) night. The complimentary two-night stay provided by OPTAVIA covers April 24-26 as part of our commitment to our hotel partners. Even if your travel plans require an early departure, the arrangement for these nights remains the same. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make the most of your stay!

For the tour, safety first! Pants and closed-toed shoes are a must (sorry, no heels). We’ll provide earplugs, protective eyewear, hairnets, beard nets (if applicable) and shoe covers when you arrive. Please leave jewelry at home and avoid any loose or dangly items – let's keep things secure around the machinery!
Yes! We’ve got you covered with select meals throughout the summit including:
- Light Bites at the Welcome Social (Wednesday)
- Dinner at Community Time (Thursday)
- Lunch on OPTAVIA Campus Tour Day* (Thursday/Friday)
- Breakfast (Saturday)
* On your assigned Coach Education Day, lunch will be on your own. Use this opportunity to connect and network with others while exploring the local area.
