Welcome to the Travel & Accommodations page! Since we are welcoming hundreds of well-deserving coaches to this event, we are structuring OPTAVIA Campus tours and accompanying hotel accommodations strategically to ensure the best experience for all:

  • Hotel Scheduling: The OPTAVIA Events Team will handle all hotel reservations on your behalf – no action is required on your part. Teams will be placed in the same hotel so you can stay near those you’ll be experiencing the event with. Reservations will be made April 23-26, but you will be responsible for the cost of the first night (April 23) and incidentals, and will pay upon check-in.
  • Extended Stay Option: If you’d like to extend your stay beyond the official event dates, you will have an opportunity to request additional nights when you receive your hotel confirmation.
  • Registration Deadline for Team Coordination: To guarantee placement in a tour group and a hotel stay with your team, you must register no later than Friday, March 21, 2025.

We’re thrilled to welcome everyone to the Arundel Mills neighborhood, where we have partnered with several nearby hotels to accommodate all attendees.

These hotels are within walking distance of some of the area’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment, making it the perfect hub for your stay. A complimentary shuttle service will run between all hotels, ensuring easy transportation to and from the summit activities.
