Registration & Qualifications

Welcome to the registration process for Executive Director Summit!

The Executive Director Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only event, reserved for those who meet specific qualifications. Below, you’ll find the detailed criteria required to earn your place at this transformative experience. Registration for the summit is complimentary and includes access to an array of immersive experiences, designed to inspire and elevate your journey as an OPTAVIST.

Your summit experience includes:

  • An executive meet and greet
  • A guided tour of headquarters
  • An immersive product innovation center experience, including hands-on demonstrations
  • A tour of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities
  • Coach education sessions
  • Community time, including select meals
  • Commemorative gift
  • Complimentary two-night hotel stay

Qualification Period: October 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Rank as Executive Director or above 3 out of 5 months (October 2024 – February 2025) AND
  • Earn 1 Accelerator Assist Bonus during the qualification period AND
  • Complete all available coach education modules*

Registration Policies

  • Registration transfers between individuals are not permitted.
  • The last day to register for a ticket is Friday, April 18, 2025.

Modify/Cancel Registration

To modify or cancel your registration, you may do so using the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Attendee Portal.
  2. To Modify, select “Modify Your Registration.” You'll be directed to the Event Registration Page to make any changes or modifications.
  3. To Cancel, select “Cancel Package,” then select the package you'd like to cancel, then select Submit.
