Welcome to the registration process for Executive Director Summit!

The Executive Director Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only event, reserved for those who meet specific qualifications. Below, you’ll find the detailed criteria required to earn your place at this transformative experience. Registration for the summit is complimentary and includes access to an array of immersive experiences, designed to inspire and elevate your journey as an Optavist.


Your summit experience includes:

  • An executive meet and greet
  • A guided tour of headquarters
  • An immersive product innovation center experience, including hands-on demonstrations
  • A tour of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities
  • Coach education sessions
  • Community time, including select meals
  • Commemorative gift
  • Complimentary two-night hotel stay*

*Your reward includes a complimentary two-night hotel stay (November 13-15); but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the first night (November 12). We will make your hotel reservation for November 12-15, and you will be responsible for paying for the night of November 12th (and incidentals) upon check-in. After that, we’ll take care of the rest.


Qualification Period: March 1 – August 31, 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Rank as Executive Director or above 3 out of 6 months (March – August 2025) AND
  • Earn 1 Accelerator Assist Bonus during the qualification period
