Reservation Deposit Policy: Reservations will require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. To book a room, attendees should contact Sundance Reservations directly at 1.800.892.1600 and reference, “OPTAVIA 2024.”

Reservation Cancelation Policy: Individuals may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Reservations canceled within 30 days are the responsibility of the guest canceling the reservation and are subject to forfeiture of the full value of the reservation.
