Registration & Qualifications

Welcome to the registration process for Impact Summit!

Participation in Impact Summit is by invitation only, ensuring that attendees are leaders who are uniquely positioned to contribute and benefit from this exclusive gathering. Below you will find the detailed qualification criteria to be considered for this prestigious event, designed to bring together the most influential minds in our community to drive meaningful growth and innovation.

Registration for Summit is priced at $500 per person, providing access to the following:

  • Access to Collaborative Sessions, Innovation Workshops, Strategic Roundtables and Product Showcase
  • Morning & afternoon coffee breaks*
  • Attendee breakfast & lunch*
  • Hike to Stewart Falls
  • Welcome Reception
  • BBQ & fireside chats

* Tuesday & Wednesday only.

Qualification Period: : June 1—August 31, 2024

Qualifications:

  • Rank Criteria: Perform as a Global Director (or above) each month during the qualification period (June, July and August).
  • Performance Criteria: Be among the top 95 Transformation Team accounts, determined by our Top Grower report. Performance is assessed based on Global Generation, which includes a combination of Client acquisition per Coach, sponsoring per Coach and volume growth over the three-month qualification period.

On or before Monday, September 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PT

A 100% full refund will be issued for your registration.

From Tuesday, October 1 to Friday, October 18, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PT

A partial refund will be issued for your registration, less a 15% cancelation fee.

On or after Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PT

Cancellations will be accepted; however, no refunds will be given for registration.

*Please note that monetary donations to Healthy Habits For All, once made, are non-refundable. We thank you for your understanding and continued support of our mission: Lifelong Transformation, Making A Healthy Lifestyle Second Nature™.

  • Registration transfers between individuals are not permitted.
  • The last day to register for a ticket is Friday, October 18, 2024.

Modify/Cancel Registration

To modify or cancel your registration, you may do so using the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Attendee Portal.
  2. To Modify, select “Modify Your Registration.” You'll be directed to the Event Registration Page to make any changes or modifications.
  3. To Cancel, select “Cancel Package,” then select the package you'd like to cancel, then select Submit.
