We’re thrilled to partner with the luxurious Four Seasons Las Vegas as our official headquarter hotel for Ignite Impact 2025 Kick-Off. As a member of our studio audience, we want your stay to be as seamless and comfortable as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

Official Headquarters: The Four Seasons is the dedicated home for all coaches joining us in-person for this special event. Complimentary transportation will be provided for all event activities, including the live broadcast from our studio on Saturday, January 18th.
OPTAVIST Award Recipients: As our way of recognizing your hard work, impact and dedication, OPTAVIST Award Recipients will enjoy a complimentary four-day/three-night stay at the Four Seasons.
Speakers & Award Nominators: If you’re attending as a speaker or because you nominated a fellow coach for an award, we will arrange your hotel reservation at our discounted rates* – $329 for the first night, followed by $429 per night. Payment will be required at check-in.

*Based on a three-night stay arriving Thursday, January 16, 2025. Does not include taxes or fees.

All coaches will receive a superior or deluxe category room at the Four Seasons. If you have any specific room requests, please include those in your attendee registration form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
